The "No King's" protest sparks tension in Washington DC on Saturday as Americans descended upon the nation's capital this past weekend in order to celebrate the Army's 250th and President Trump's 79th birthdays. The controversial leader sparked outrage by using taxpayer money to fly out massive Army personal, tanks, and aircrafts to have a parade. This is also coming off massive protesting in Los Angles, California as ICE is launching deportation operations throughout the city.
When I arrived to the National Mall we noticed a long line that went a couple of blocks. We then figured out it was the line to get into the parade/festival space. Some people spent an average two and a half hours in line with the day being quite hot and humid. This is a part of the reason the parade attendance was low and some attendees frustrated. It was clear that this was unorganized and feared protestors getting in.

As the end of the parade came Trump supporters and protestors started to interact and voice their differencing political opinions which led to heated moments as seen in the image above. Police eventually had to funnel the exiting parade attendees as far away from the protest Pickett line as they could (Not far enough) which made the Trump supporters pressing protesters about why their in America in the first place and chanting "USA! USA! USA!" as they walked away.

Safe to say American's all over the country were not happy with how President Trump has been abusing his power as of late and are ready to voice their opinions. No major injuries happen during the protests at the National Mall, although there was one arrest of a protester that was slammed down by DC Police and taken away as they formed a perimeter to make the arrest and clear all protesters and Trump supporters after the fireworks were finished.
